Camac Energy to list on the JSE

Camac Energy Incorporated released its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2014. 

The Oyo-8 well was successfully drilled and led to the discovery of four new oil and gas reservoirs. 

The Company acquired 100% economic interest in the OMLís 120 and 121 wells located in Nigeria. Camac Energy increased unrisked P50 recoverable estimates of its four top priority exploration prospects offshore Nigeria. 

During the period under review, the Company completed a $270 million private placement with Public Investment Corporation Limited and also secured a $100 million credit facility. In addition, the Company signed a Petroleum Agreement with the Government of Ghana for the expanded Shallow Water Tano Block.

Camac Energy reported that a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange has commenced.
